Local motorsport team looking to race ahead of their rivals with Red Alert Media!
Northampton based PR and publicity firm Red Alert Media has linked up with local motorsport team BPM Racing for the new season ahead, which gets underway later this month.
The Red Alert Media team will be offering media support throughout the campaign, and helping promote the achievements of drivers Ashley Woodman and Owen Thomas in the Britcar Series.
Said Peter Jones, founding partner of Red Alert Media: “We’re delighted to be helping an enthusiastic group of local people who love what they do, do it very well, and are great ambassadors for Northamptonshire as they travel around the country taking part in events.
“The Britcar series is a fantastic motorsport championship, with very good crowds and a great family atmosphere.
“It’s a great environment to be involved, especially as a sponsor, where your company name would not only be seen by large crowds, but also in the media, and on television, as the series is covered on ESPN.
“It’s also a great place to go for a corporate day out, because in Britcar you get close up to the cars and the drivers, so really feel part of the whole event, and I’m looking forward to my involvement this year.”
The Red Alert Media team were guests of BPM Racing at a testing day at Silverstone, and found it a fascinating experience.
“It’s really interesting to go behind the scenes, and see the hard work that’s put in by the support team,” said Peter Jones. “When you get up close, you smell the atmosphere, and I can see why it becomes so addictive.”
Driver Owen Thomas said he was delighted to have the support of Red Alert Media.
“We needed to raise our profile, and Red Alert Media is where everyone tells us to go and speak to, and I was really bowled over by Peter’s enthusiasm.
“What we need is more sponsors, and hopefully having the support of publicity experts like Red Alert Media will help us attract enthusiasm from companies in Northampton.
