Peter Pan goes on Red Alert!

Red Alert Media has been hired to look after media relations and PR for Northampton's Christmas Panto at The Deco Theatre.

Peter Pan stars former EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton in the lead role, with Danny McCall (Brookside), Tony O'Callaghan (The Bill), Christina Baily (Hollyoaks) and Hazel Pude (Byker Grove) completing an impressive line up.

The Panto runs from December 7 to 31, and Red Alert Media's Peter Jones was delighted to be asked to head up the show's media duties by producers Stage Right Productions.

"This is a really exciting project, and I think it's great that Jill and Kevin Roach of Stage Right have brought Panto back to The Deco theatre," said Peter. "And I'm very flattered that they had the confidence in Red Alert Media to help them make sure it's a big success.

"But there's no reason why it shouldn't be - they have put together a wonderful cast, and Peter Pan at The Deco will be a wonderful night out for people from Northamptonshire and beyond, and at affordable prices for all.

"The Deco is a lovely, homely theatre, and with a packed house it will be a wonderful venue for Panto. This is going to be THE Panto for Northamptonshire this Christmas."

Jill Roach said she turned to Red Alert Media, having worked with Peter on other projects in the past - and also because she wants to make this a local Panto for local people.

"We want to involve Northamptonshire in this Panto as much as possible, from PR to marketing, to the Stage School organising the pirates, to the company supplying ice cream, for example.

"Peter, and Red Alert Media, have a fantastic reputation, and I am confident they will come on board, and be part of a successful team working hard to make this Panto is a great, and memorable, night out for local people."
